Through our designs, M1 provides proven off the self products and integrates them into easy to use systems to help our customers realize the benefits of saving time and money in training and manpower requirements to administer, operate, and monitor these systems.

Alternative companies do not offer the ability to design, integrate, manage, install, and service all of these systems.  Some companies can provide this ability with fire and security or IT and training but run them internally as separate divisions.  This causes several problems; the main problem being communication between divisions.  M1 will operate as one team starting from the top down. M1 knows that success only comes when every member of the team is working towards and understanding the same goal.  M1 sees every contract as an opportunity to create a relationship with the client.  M1 will listen, consult, and learn about the client and what the clients objectives and requirements are so that we can create an accurate scope of work.  This is another M1 key distinctive, while our competitors’ business model is to provide a scope of work that is vague and lacks basic understanding so that throughout the project, change orders can be generated to complete the system.  These change orders are a much higher margin than the original bid which costs the customer more money than the systems should have cost.  Change Orders also add time to the project, resulting in low customer satisfaction and trust.  M1 and the client will know what is being provided, prior to the signing of any contract bid package.
