The mission of M1 Integrated Systems is to provide the cutting edge of integrated systems technology products, design, and service for a fair price for all the segments with in both commercial and government markets. M1 seeks to provide its services in a timely manner with a team of specifically trained and certified employees that will in turn provide 100% customer satisfaction. M1 believes that each contract is an opportunity to create a relationship between partners with a common goal and with this belief, a mutually beneficial relationship will be created that will increase long term profits, provide a strong referral reference as well as repeat business.
Alternative companies do not offer the ability to design, integrate, manage, install, and service all of these systems. Some companies can provide this ability with fire and security or IT and training but run them internally as separate divisions. This causes several problems; the main problem being communication between divisions. M1 will operate as one team starting from the top down. M1 knows that success only comes when every member of the team is working towards and understanding the same goal. M1 sees every contract as an opportunity to create a relationship with the client. M1 will listen, consult, and learn about the client and what the clients objectives and requirements are so that we can create an accurate scope of work. This is another M1 key distinctive, while our competitors’ business model is to provide a scope of work that is vague and lacks basic understanding so that throughout the project, change orders can be generated to complete the system. These change orders are a much higher margin than the original bid which costs the customer more money than the systems should have cost. Change Orders also add time to the project, resulting in low customer satisfaction and trust. M1 and the client will know what is being provided, prior to the signing of any contract bid package.
M1 understands that both mainstream and smaller companies can benefit from high quality security, telecommunication, IT and training center systems and life cycle support services because these communities have requirements for reliable systems and transparent services. Additionally, most have found that when they save resources up front they pay far more during the lifecycle of the systems.
M1 is the company that will provide the right systems and services the first time for less than they would pay in downtime, inconvenience, and upgrades with other providers. M1 provides highly trained and heavily experienced experts in collaborative development, design, engineering, installation design, and expert installation of Security, Telecommunications, IT, Voice, Video, and Data Systems. The principals believe that this model will provide repeat business and an expanded base while growing due to others who have failed to listen to their former customers.
As M1 needs specialized expertise, the Project Manager identifies the specific requirements early in the project definition stage. This brings in subject matter experts to help obtain, evaluate, and translate the clients needs, wants, and desires into an executable system which can be integrated by M1 Installation Technicians. M1 Integrated Systems maintains a list of highly qualified, expert technology consultants. This provides M1 customers significant cost savings in keeping from having to locate and hire consultants for various areas on their own. This also keeps the administrative costs of M1 low which is passed to the customer through more available project budget which translates into higher quality components.
